Project Details

The Antteras project, located on Beylerbeyi ridges, consists of 88 houses with four different types of blocks. The project, which is designed in accordance with BREEAM criteria since the design process, is aimed at the Very Good certificate.

Antteras project, which was evaluated in line with the ÇEDBİK Housing Certificate, was awarded a “Good” certificate with 65 points. The Antteras project has successfully implemented integrated green project management processes. The fact that the land is close to urban facilities and public transportation network helps to reduce CO2 emissions. Water consumption in the housing area is preferred by the use of less water consuming luminaires and efficient irrigation systems in the landscape area. Interior and exterior luminous value of lighting of the house was designed to meet the requirements of TS EN 12464-1 and TS EN 12464-2 standards to ensure the best visual performance and comfort. The use of energy-efficient devices (laundry and dishwasher, refrigerator) has been preferred in the house and CO2 emissions generated during the use of the devices have been reduced. The Antteras project is designed to provide users with maximum utilization of daylight and is intended to provide energy savings by reducing the use of artificial lighting sources.

With the environmental / sustainable purchasing policy implemented, healthy and comfortable living environments have been provided by using materials that do not contain local and harmful volatile organic compounds.

In order to reduce the time spent on transportation between home and work, suitable environments have been created for the users in Antteras residences.
