[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator color=”orange” align=”align_left” border_width=”2″ el_width=”20″][vc_column_text]In November last year, Greenox Residence project has been the Turkey’s first pilot project which awarded by IFC(International Finance Corporation, the \u201cEDGE Green Building\u201d certificate after the construction in \u201cEDGE Green Building Sectoral Development\u201d program and whose construction has been completed in the district of Istanbul; Ka\u011f\u0131thane(\u00c7eliktepe) by Aycan & Feres Partnership in Istanbul within the scope of urban transformation and has been the first and unique project which designed with the concept of vertical forest.<\/p>\n

The Greenox Residence project, which is designed in accordance with LEED criteria since the design phase of the project, has a high COP valued VRF in the cooling system, has a good supply of heating and hot water from efficient boilers, and the implementation of the presence sensor in the lighting system yielded an efficiency of 35% in energy efficiency. By the choose of top and hand shower and basin and kitchen faucets with low water flow in all apartments, also by using 2.5 \/ 4lt double stage function reservoirs, 42% efficiency is achieved in water.<\/p>\n
