Kanyon Office Building has achieved great success by winning BREEAM In-Use certification for a first office building in Turkey , as being put into service in 2006 after a 3-year study by “Eczacıbaşı Group Business and Real Estate Investment Trust” and it is evaluated according to “BREEAM In-Use” criteria, “Very Good” in “Asset-Building Performance” category and “Excellent” in “Building Management” category.
In line with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System used by Kanyon Management and implemented with sustainable purchasing policy also minimizing environmental impacts. In line with the efficiency studies carried out in relation to energy-consuming systems, a large majority of the identified targets have been achieved, resulting in substantial savings.
