Project Details
Toyota Plaza Mıçı, which was put into service in Adana Seyhan in 2010, was evaluated in line with the BREEAM In-Use criteria for the existing buildings in 2012 and was awarded the ‘Excellent’ certificate in the category of Building Management’ and deserved ‘Good’ certificate for ’Asset-Construction Performance’ category.
The design, building management and environmental performance of the Toyota Mıçı Plaza building, which is evaluated in terms of energy and water consumption and waste management objectives and requirements, was organized related to the ISO 14001: 2004 Environmental Management System certificate.
Maintenance procedures of all systems in the building are implemented in an environmentally compatible manner according to the standards determined by Toyota.
