Project Details
Manisa Magnesia AVM was evaluated as a shell building in 2012 in line with BREEAM Europe Commercial 2009 criteria and received the “Good” certificate in the construction phase on 7 November 2013 and became the first BREEAM certified shopping center in Manisa. High efficiency mechanical systems, low water consumption luminaires and waterless urinals were preferred in the project, which features energy and water efficiency.
Natural and low-VOC materials were selected to provide healthy and comfortable indoor conditions for employees and outdoor facade application. Insulation materials were used to ensure that heat loss and gain exceeded local standards.
