BiKur BAB Plaza, located in Kağıthane, is designed by integrating green building strategies from the project design stage. Energy and water efficiency come into prominence in the project, which receives LEED Gold certificate. Low energy density lighting fixtures and 3-pipe VRF systems were used for energy efficiency.
In order to ensure the efficiency of the leasable areas and to design them according to the green office criteria, a green lease agreement has been prepared in accordance with LEED criteria.
