Forum Mersin Shopping Center, which presents service users and visitors with an open shopping street and an indoor shopping area, provided health and comfort conditions, energy, water and building management and environmental and sustainable purchasing policies implemented in accordance with “BREEAM In-Use” criteria, and it was awarded “Outstanding” in “Building Management” and “Asset-Building Performance” category and it became the second project awarded in both categories “Outstanding” scores in Turkey in 2007.
