Forum Kayseri Shopping Center, designed in accordance with BREEAM Commercial Buildings criteria, is the largest shopping center in Central Anatolia, opened in 2011 with a construction area of 161.492m2 and leasable area of 66.775m2.
FORUM KAYSERİ AVM, which prioritizes the sustainability approach since the design process, has been awarded with “Outstanding” Certificate in BREEAM In-Use “Asset-Building Performance” category and “Building Management” category in 2017 with its projects and asset management in renewable energy, materials, waste and water management.
Forum Kayseri Shopping Center is the first commercial structure in Turkey that is awarded in “Best of BREEAM 2018” under “Ecobuild” in “BREEAM In-Use Commercial Buildings” category, the prize “Outstanding” in both categories; “building performance” and “building management” certificates field, leaving behind other nominees in “Commercial Buildings” category.
