Project Details

Composed of three blocks, with a total  leasable area of ​​46,000 m2 office project rönesansbiz Küçükyalı is Turkey’s first LEED Platinum certified office campus project.

In three office buildings designed with an integrated design concept in the A + class standard; Providing HVAC systems, selecting water-saving luminaires and efficient landscaping applications saves 43% of water compared to a standard building. With the building being completely designed for the movement of the sun, most of the office areas are facing the south façade and the sun shading areas are prevented from overheating in the summer months, while the winter months get enough sun and a certain amount of heat.  Advanced Commissioning  has been applied in order to ensure that the employer’s sustainability demands are met by the project authors, and that these features can be implemented.

With low energy and water expenses, high daylight, alternative means of transportation and public transport, healthy and comfortable working environment, each block has been awarded LEED Platinum certification.
