Project Details
The Selenium Retro project, which consists of two blocks, namely the 18-storey office and the residence, which was realized by Aşçıoğlu İnşaat in İstanbul-Ataköy, has been designed and constructed in accordance with the requirements of the LEED criteria from the design stage to receive the LEED Gold certificate.
All the requirements have been applied in order to provide healthy and comfortable indoor conditions for all users. Systems that provide maximum savings in energy and water expenses are preferred. The project, which is located in the center of the city, is close to public transportation points and it is aimed to reduce CO2 emissions by alternative transportation vehicles provided for office and housing users.
In line with the environmental procurement policy, local and recycled materials with high content and FSC-certified wood are preferred to minimize environmental impacts caused by materials.
