Project Details
The Awaza Culture and Conference Center has an area of 25,000 m² and is one of the largest conference and cultural centers in Turkmenistan. The center has many conference and cultural halls in the city of Awaza.
Many green building strategies have been implemented in the building which has been awarded LEED GOLD certificate. Efficient mechanical systems and automation systems have been applied. Water efficiency is ensured with water-efficient irrigation and vitrified systems.
